1. Parties
Seller:
Alesta 2 Mobile
E-mail: destek@alestamt2.com.tr
Buyer: the person who logs in to the game with a Alesta MT2 account and makes a purchase. The Buyer's username and order details are recorded at the time of the order.
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations relating to the sale and delivery of the virtual in-game balance called Dragon Coins, bought by the Buyer for use in the Seller's online game Alesta MT2, and of digital in-game items obtained with that balance or with Effort Points, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Main characteristics of the product
- Dragon Coins are a virtual balance used only inside the Alesta MT2 game and the web Item Shop to buy cosmetic (costume, hair, etc.) and convenience items. They cannot be exchanged for real money, cannot be transferred and earn no interest.
- Everything in the Item Shop can also be obtained in the game through effort. Item details are shown on the purchase screen; the odds of items with random rewards are shown before purchase (Drop Rates).
- Effort Points are earned by playing the game; they cannot be bought or sold.
4. Price and payment
- Dragon Coins are sold only inside the app: through Google Play Billing on Android and the App Store in-app purchase system on iOS. No card payments are taken on the website.
- The price is the amount shown by the store in the purchase window (in local currency, including any taxes applied by the store). Payment is collected by Google or Apple; card and bank details are never passed to the Seller.
- Users under 18 must pay with the consent of a parent or guardian; the stores' family / parental control settings can be used.
5. Delivery
Dragon Coins are credited to the Buyer's game account instantly once the store approves the payment and our server verifies the purchase. Items bought in the Item Shop are delivered instantly to the Item Shop storage of the Buyer's account. There is no physical delivery. If the connection drops, delivery completes automatically at the next login.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. The Buyer accepts this when confirming the purchase. For refund requests, see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Account and rules
- Dragon Coins and items are bound to the account. No refund is given for unused balance on accounts closed for account sharing, account selling or breaking the game rules (if an account is closed without a rule violation, section 8 applies).
- The Dragon Coins of a purchase refunded through the store, or subject to a chargeback, are deducted from the account; if the balance is insufficient, the account goes into debt. If cheating or fraudulent payment is detected, the related balance and items may be taken back.
8. End of service
If the game server is permanently shut down, the Seller will announce it on the website and in the game at least 30 days in advance; for Dragon Coins bought in the last 30 days before the shutdown and never used, the payment will be refunded on request through the relevant store (Google Play / App Store).
9. Complaints and disputes
For requests and complaints: destek@alestamt2.com.tr · in game via Menu › Support. 10. Entry into force
The Buyer confirms having read this agreement and the pre-contract information before purchasing; the agreement enters into force when the store approves the payment.
