Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Alesta MT2 account and all its characters. This cannot be undone.

How to delete

In the app: in game go to Menu (ESC) › Account & Privacy › Delete account, or on the login screen Account › Delete account; confirm with your password and character delete code.
On the website: log in, come back to this page and confirm with your password and character delete code. The account is closed immediately.
By e-mail: if you can't log in, send an "account deletion request" with your account name from your registered e-mail address to destek@alestamt2.com.tr. Once we verify ownership, we close the account within 7 days at the latest.

Account details: account name, e-mail address, password, character delete code.
All characters: level, skills, inventory, storeroom, items, Yang, quest progress, friend list, guild membership.
Device records linked to the account (the identifier kept for the device limit).

The account is closed as soon as you request it: no more logins to the game or the website.
The account is first held for 7 days (so mistaken or unauthorised requests can be reversed; if you change your mind, write to destek@alestamt2.com.tr), then the account and characters are permanently deleted within 30 days at the latest.

Security and access logs (IP address, login times): kept for up to 1 year for legal obligations (Turkish Law No. 5651) and anti-cheat, then deleted.
Penalty records for rule violations: up to 1 year, to stop the same person from cheating again.
Purchase records (Google Play / App Store order number, product, amount, date): 10 years, as required by tax and commercial law.
In-game trade/transaction logs may be kept for statistics after being separated from your identity (anonymised).
Backups: deleted data also drops out of rotating backups within 30 days at the latest.
