What is Alesta2 Mobile?

Is the game free?
Yes. Downloading and playing are free and there are no ads. Dragon Coins (EP) are optional, bought only inside the app through Google Play, and not needed to play.
Which devices can I play on?
Android phones and tablets (Google Play) and Windows computers (launcher from the Download page on the website). An iPhone version is being prepared and will be announced when it is on the App Store.
Are phone and computer players on the same server?
Yes. You log in with the same account on phone or computer; your characters, items and guild are the same.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, the game is online. On first start extra content such as maps and models downloads once; Wi-Fi is recommended.
Which languages does the game support?
Turkish, English, German, Italian, Polish, Hungarian, Czech and Romanian. Some new content comes first in Turkish and English; the community mostly speaks Turkish.

Account
How do I create an account?
Open the game and register on the login screen, or use the Register page on the website. Your username and password work on both phone and computer.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the website's Forgot Password page enter your username and the e-mail you registered with; a reset link is sent to your e-mail.
How do I delete my account?
Send the request from inside the app or from the Delete Account page of the website (alestamt2.com.tr/hesap-sil). Deleted accounts and characters cannot be restored.
How many accounts can I play at the same time?
Up to 3 accounts can stay in game at once in one app, and you switch between them with one tap. On phones with 3 GB RAM or less the limit is 2.
Can I give or sell my account to someone?
No. Sharing and trading accounts is against the rules; losses on shared accounts are not restored.
Gameplay
What is the level cap?
The level cap is 120. Above Lv100 new maps (Thunder Mountains, Ochao Temple, Enchanted Forest, Ancient Forest) and Lv100-120 dungeons open up.
Which classes are there?
Warrior, Ninja, Sura and Shaman; each can be female or male and has 2 skill paths. The Lycan (Wolfman) class is not available.
What do new characters get?
An enchanted +9 first-tier set, potions, a ready horse, 4 orange rings for 3 days, reward chests that open as you level up, and at level 15 5m Yang with 3 days of auto hunt. Full list: Beginner's guide.
Is there auto hunt and how does it work?
Yes. Auto hunt needs a ticket: 
Daily Auto Hunt Ticket (1 day), 
Weekly Auto Hunt Ticket (7 days) or 
Monthly Auto Hunt Ticket (30 days). Time runs in real time and tickets stack. You get 3 days free at level 15; more are in the in-game Item Mall. Auto hunt keeps running after you die; it stops when you teleport or change map/channel.
Does auto hunt continue with the screen off?
On Android, auto hunt and extra accounts can keep running in the background, shown in a notification. You can turn this off in the settings.
My item was destroyed at the Blacksmith. Can I get it back?
No. If a normal upgrade fails the item is destroyed. Upgrade valuable items with 
Blessing Scroll (drops 1 step on failure) or 
Magic Stone (item stays on failure). More: Upgrade guide.
How do I find where an item drops?
Type the item name in the search box at the top of the wiki. The item page shows which monsters, Metin stones and chests drop it, which NPC sells it and which recipes use it.
How do I get Lv75 weapons like the Poison Sword?
Lv75 weapons (
Poison Sword+0, 
Lion Sword+0 and similar) are not made by transformation; they only drop from monsters, bosses and dungeon chests and are very rare. You can also buy them from players.
What are Dragon Coins (EP) and how do I get them?
EP is the currency of the in-game Item Mall. You buy it in the app's Buy EP window through Google Play; there are 8 packs between 99.99 TL and 9,999.99 TL. There are no sales on the website.
Can I progress without buying EP?
Yes. Most valuable upgrade materials drop from monsters, Metin stones, bosses and dungeon chests; the Item Mall only saves time.
How do I enter dungeons?
Every dungeon needs a ticket and has a minimum level and a cooldown (21 dungeons, from Lv40 Poisonous Lucifer to the Lv120 dungeons). Tickets are sold by the Dungeon Ticket Seller in the village and also come from reward chests.
Is there PvP?
Yes: duels, the PvP arena and guild wars. Fights between kingdoms are free on open maps.
How do I sell my items?
Trade with players or open your own shop; the shop keeps selling while you are offline. With the Remote Shop you browse shops without walking to the village, and shop search finds the cheapest seller of an item.
Installation and technical
Why does the game download again on first start?
The app is kept small; maps, characters and effects download once on first start. Later only changed files download. If the download gets stuck, close and reopen the game: it continues where it stopped.
What should I do when an update comes?
If the game says a new version is available, update from Google Play. Your characters and items are kept. Small content updates download inside the game automatically.
My phone gets hot or laggy
Lower the graphics quality and limit the frame rate in Settings. Phones with less than 3 GB RAM may stutter; play with one account on them.
Windows shows a warning when I open the launcher
The launcher is not code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen may say "Windows protected your PC". Click More info, then Run anyway. Download the file only from the website's Download page. Keyboard shortcuts: PC guide and hotkeys.

I found a bug or a cheater. Where do I report it?
Open a ticket in the in-game support window or on the website's Support page (alestamt2.com.tr/destek). Add your username, character name, channel, time and a screenshot if you have one. Staff have [GM] next to their name and never ask for your password.

On the Rules page of the website. Cheat programs, macros and bug abuse are forbidden; auto hunting is only allowed with the game's own auto hunt system.
