Launcher and window settings
- PLAY: updates and starts the game; updates download automatically (Settings → "Download updates automatically").
- Settings → "When the game starts, the launcher": Minimizes / Hides to tray / Closes / Stays open.
- Game won't start? Settings → "Repair files" re-checks every game file and re-downloads anything broken or missing.
- Language: the launcher has 8 languages. "Open folder" opens the game folder; "Reduce animations" simplifies launcher motion.
- Resolution and window mode: use config.exe in the game folder (or metin2.cfg: WIDTH/HEIGHT; WINDOWED 1 = windowed). Windowed is the default. Updates never reset these settings files.
Shortcuts were read from the released PC client (pc-20261020a). F11 free camera is admin-only and therefore not listed. The mobile version uses on-screen buttons instead of shortcuts.
On phones, on-screen buttons replace hotkeys: Mobile guide.
