Terms of Use and End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between Alesta Medya ("we") and you, the user of Alesta MT2 (the Android/iOS app, the website alestamt2.com.tr and the game servers, together the "Service"). By tapping "I accept" when you first open the app or create an account, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Game Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must read and accept these terms, and in-app purchases may only be made with their permission.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service under these terms. The software and all content belong to us or our licensors. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, distributing modified clients or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

Apple App Store: this agreement is between you and us only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for product claims, intellectual-property claims and legal compliance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Google Play: the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

4. Account

• Keep your password secret. Account sharing and selling are prohibited.
• You may be logged in with up to 3 of your own accounts at the same time in one app (multi-account).
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Menu › Account & Privacy › Delete account) or on the website. Deleted accounts, characters, items and unused Dragon Coins cannot be restored.

5. Auto-hunt and multi-account

• Auto-hunt is a built-in game feature limited by in-game tickets and a daily time limit. Any other bot, macro or third-party automation is prohibited.
• On Android, a foreground service with a persistent notification keeps the game connected and auto-hunt running while the app is in the background; you can stop it from the notification or the settings at any time.
• On iOS, the system restricts background execution: auto-hunt and extra accounts run only while the game is open; the connection is restored when you return.

6. Virtual currency and digital items

• Dragon Coins (DC) are a virtual balance for the in-game Item Shop. They cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred or earn interest; they are part of your license, not your property. The same applies to Yang and all in-game items.
• In-app purchases are made only through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS); prices are shown in the store including taxes. Refunds follow the store's rules.
• Digital content delivered immediately is excluded from the right of withdrawal (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ); you accept this when confirming a purchase. If a purchase was not delivered, contact support.
• Items with random rewards (e.g. Oyster) show the possible rewards and their odds before purchase in the game and on the Odds page.
• Balances and items obtained through cheating, chargeback abuse or fraudulent payments may be removed.

7. User content, chat and moderation

• You are responsible for everything you write (chat, whispers, character/guild names, shop titles). Insults, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, scams, advertising and sharing personal data are prohibited; there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
• Chat is filtered for profanity. You can block a player (you no longer see their chat and whispers) and report them (player menu › Report, or Menu › Support). Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; offending content is removed and the account is sanctioned.

8. Sanctions and termination

If you break these terms or the Game Rules we may warn you, mute your chat, or suspend/close your account and remove gains from the violation. Unused balances on accounts closed for rule violations are not refunded. If we shut down the Service we will announce it on the website at least 30 days in advance.

9. Service and liability

The Service is provided "as is"; maintenance, updates, server or network problems can cause interruptions, and we may change game balance and features. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for the loss of value of in-game items. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; after a material change the app asks for your acceptance again. Turkish law applies; consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in Türkiye are competent. Contact: destek@alestamt2.com.tr · in game: Menu › Support.
